Payments for programs & one-to-one therapy/coaching will be refunded if requested within 14 days of purchase, after which they are non-refundable. Payments for one-to-one therapy and coaching may at times be used towards other programs/packages, depending on circumstances, and with sufficient notice.
For international payments and/or payments using Paypal or Transferwise, 15% is deducted from the amount paid to cover their fixed fees for making/receiving payments and currency-conversion deductions they have made before I received your original payment.
Please note that a fixed £20.00 GBP / $30.00 USD processing fee is also charged per refund to cover set-up and administration costs of the refund.
